They sent me a ham close to expiring. I bought it because I traveled this month. And the expiration date is for August... The offer was very good, but I see that what they do is give you ham that is already going rancid. And with what I bought, obviously I won't have time to eat it, I will surely have to throw it away later. I didn't like that detail at all. They sent me excess that was going to spoil.

This order has not been as successful as the previous one. We think that at some point the cold chain must have been broken or maybe it's the brand but the taste of the ham leaves a lot to be desired. It ended up for dinner with a farm animal

Regarding 'Ham and Shoulder', as good as always: fast shipping and no incidents. However, regarding the product, this time the shoulder did not turn out as good as previous times and the cut is quite thick, almost more for accompanying peas than for presenting it on a plate. Nothing like the first times.

This is the third time I order a Paleta from Joselito. This time, however, it was cut and vacuum sealed. I wanted to try it. Unfortunately, this shoulder has hardly anything to do with the ones I usually order. I would describe the Paleta as bland, almost insipid. Normally, a Joselito has a strong spicy flavor. Next time I will order a whole Paleta again. That way you will know what you have. However, the service from JamonyPaletilla is excellent, as always.
