I asked for the ham to arrive with the cut started, and they completely ignored the request

Very bad. I bought what would be a Navidul 4 seasons ham. I have bought many of these in other stores and none as bad as this one, very dry, with no fat at all, honestly it didn't look like a 4 seasons. The ham did not come in the usual brand case as advertised. Moreover, at the time of purchase, they advertised a ham weighing more than 8.5 kg and what they sent weighed only 6.3 kg. Never again. Very fast shipping and in this last one I see that they have rewarded my continuous commitment with a gift of an Iberian chorizo.

They sell you a shoulder of 4.5 kg but you receive 1.7 kg plus 530 grams of bone. Most of the packages I receive are from the end of the shank. I will never buy ham again.

I ordered a 5j acorn-fed ham and they contacted me to inform me that they did not have the weight I wanted, they offered me one of lower weight and price or to maintain the price by supplying the difference with a 500g presa, I chose this last option indicating that they should not send me either of the 2 very cured products since we are 2 people. The presa was impossible to cut, although Nieves' management was very appropriate and she proceeded to send me another sliced and vacuum-packed presa, I am still waiting for a response, after removing 1 kg of bacon we still cannot comment on the quality of the product since there is still no vein to pull from. I think I will not use their services again.

This last 5J shoulder I received has little aging and too much fat.

The ham is good, but it comes with too much fat. I threw half of it in the trash.

They sent me a shoulder that does not reach 6 kilos instead of a ham. Also, 70% fat. The flavor is not bad but it is almost all fat. The cheese is inedible. It arrived with mold and tastes more like butter than cheese. I do not recommend.

They took longer than I expected

Cut excessively thick, excess salt, and with little shelf life, I didn't like it, the shipping was fine.

Benito black label ham, it is good but a bit salty in my opinion, otherwise it is tasty and aromatic.

The shipment was perfect but the transport company can improve a lot. The order was supposed to arrive on Friday and I changed it to Monday. On Saturday they showed up at my house and the delivery person knew nothing about the change of day. People work in the mornings, even on a Saturday.. luckily they respected the delivery in the afternoon shift on Monday, otherwise I would have had to go pick it up myself at the warehouse when the first delivery was their mistake..

I bought an Iberian ham shoulder that was on sale for 48 euros and I must say the following: the shipping was great, the service was also good but the shoulder was quite salty.

I liked the product, although I thought the llardons would come vacuum-packed and that is not the case

The last order made on the website, for the shoulder and cheese, was not what I expected. The cheese was good, but the shoulder did not seem to me to match the quality I expected regarding the quality of Ham and Shoulder. The shoulder could hardly be used, as it was mostly fat with hardly any ham. And the little ham was very dry. If you wish, I can send you photos of the shoulder. Regards

The management of the order has been very good and it arrived very quickly. The shoulder had excess fat although it was a shoulder itself, the flavor was not bad, but it was a bit raw.

Very good ham and shoulder but the GLS transport to Belgium was a complete disaster, the last two orders took almost 20 days. The product did not arrive in as good condition as other times

I am a professional customer for several years and I am very disappointed with the response to the problem of 3 weeks delay on my orders. I lost several orders and customers without any commercial gesture! The 5 jotas received was too fresh to even cut it with a machine. Very, very disappointed!!!

Almost everything was perfect but the 100% Iberian ham from Legado was full of fat and I have bought it other times and it didn't have so much fat, just the right amount for an Iberian, but this one is going back because it was already very sliced and you can't appreciate the lean part at all.

I bought an offer for an acorn-fed shoulder, at first it was impossible to eat, further down it was a bit softer and could be eaten well, I mentioned this to the seller and he told me to send him some photos which I did but I did not receive a response, I think the offer was because the ham was starting to go bad, I will not buy from the page again

Honestly, I expected more, it is super soft and too fatty.

The shipment never arrived. They notified me on December 14 that the shipment had been sent. Sending a message asking for the tracking number, no one answers me. On December 20, I received a message from NACEX that my shipment is in return status. I called NACEX the next day and they told me that the shipment had been in their warehouse since November 30 and they returned it. I understand that we are in Christmas and that the carriers are overwhelmed, however there should be more control by Jamón and Paletilla over their shipments.

Bad.

It is a ham that does not seem Iberian and less that the pigs have grazed. I feel deceived, it looks like serrano ham.
