Both the ham and the chorizo are very salty. I haven't opened the salchichón yet. What a shame

I GIVE THREE STARS BECAUSE IT SAID IT CAME WITH A LOTTERY RECEIPT FOR THE CHILD AND I HAVE NOT SEEN IT, OTHERWISE THE HAM IS GREAT

The shoulder did not come like all the others, and the hams that I have bought all my life, wrapped in a cotton cloth, but it was generously smeared with fat and put in plastic! IT TURNED OUT DRY. Nothing like those from previous years. Is it the leftover from last year? A disappointment.

The ham and flavor are excellent, but it was not easy to know if it would arrive when I needed it. I called several times on different days to the customer service phone and no one ever answered, I also had to send several communications until I received a response.

I received my order 26 days after making the purchase.

Inedible product and terrible support. I bought a 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham (5-5.5 kg) for 245 € and the experience has been very bad. The ham is of very poor quality, with excess fat and bone, practically without usable meat and with a flavor and texture that make it inedible. Not even a minimal part of the piece can be used. On top of that, the customer support is terrible. I have contacted by email and phone, they told me to call back if I didn't get a response and, after more than 7 days, they have not given me any solution or instructions on what to do with the product or how to return it. The ham is still sitting there, unable to be consumed. I do not dispute that the product is legal according to the label, but it does not meet the quality or the minimum expectation of a ham of this category and price at all. The lack of response and customer attention further worsens the experience. I will not buy again nor do I recommend this store.

Impossible to be worse

I didn't realize they were boneless and it's very difficult to cut. The wording was not clear at all.

I have requested to return it because it is not in a condition to consume, it is hard, dry and a bit salty. They asked me for some photos of the product, I sent them and I am waiting for them to come to return it.

The paletilla is very dry and hardly has any ham flavor. Salty!

A bit soft for being 100% acorn, flavor and color make me doubt if it really is. I ordered it in four pieces, so far the one I started, I am not very satisfied

A first order placed at the end of October was perfect and arrived on time, this second order placed on November 27 arrived on December 23 almost a month after I claimed it two or three times

I didn't like the product very much

This is the second shoulder we bought, the first 100% Iberian, really good and that's why we decided to buy again. This second one 100% black label, is not worth the price we paid, it was undercured, almost tasteless, a shoulder for which I wouldn't pay more than 70€. I usually don't give my opinion, I just stop buying, but when they offered me the possibility in the email I took the opportunity. What a shame. Regards and happy holidays.

The ham is harder and drier than mojama, I will never buy again on this page. That ham was not meant for sale.

I don't like to criticize negatively most of the time but on this occasion I have to do it since the ham is very lacking in curing. A soft ham is not a ham, it is meat. Besides, the flavor is not 50% acorn, I say this with knowledge since I have bought many in my life. So except for the fact that they sent more weight than requested, it weighed 8kgs when I requested 7-7.5, I cannot add favorable facts.

very dry

I have been disappointed because the paletilla is very dry. It tastes good but I feel sorry that it is so dry. It gives the impression that they wanted to get rid of it and I have been the fool to whom they sent it.

I called them this morning and they did not answer, nor on the website. The shoulder has no flavor or salt. I want to return it

It has been a great disappointment, the ham was too cured, dry, salty and with no fat at all. We cut it into pieces and froze it to use in stews. Although we really should have returned it. But it's too late. I want to document our complaint. Belén

I bought a ham and it seemed like jerky because it was so hard, they changed it for another one and it was still hard, not as much, but very dry, it seems like an ordinary ham. I was embarrassed to go back because it was dry again, so I kept it

The boneless ham does not come clean (skin removed) and is also quite tender.

I ordered a ham, I want summum the best of its range and I received one with a different label from JamónPaletilla, they tell me it is correct that they made a mistake with the label, I have to trust them because if it is from a lower range I cannot prove it.

Last year I received a product from my batch in bad condition, when I claimed it, they told me they would replace it in the next order!!! But if that is already horrible, they haven't even fulfilled it...

We bought the Iberian shoulder as a gift and they brought it back to us, 2 emails, 2 calls and a message to the answering machine and we don't know how to proceed for the exchange. A disappointment...

It has been delayed a lot and they have removed the cash on delivery option. Other than that, the quality of the products is very good.

The shoulder is very salty and has absolutely nothing Iberian, it seems like cheap supermarket meat, I ordered it in two vacuum-packed pieces paying more and they sent it whole, an absolute disappointment.
