The ham did not turn out very good, however the ham did, a little dissatisfied with the ham.

The ham is super salty and has no taste at all, I am very disappointed.

I find it a bit fresh for a ham of that price.

I have not received the order since November 29, I feel like I am being scammed.

Order and receipt of the item were fine. But the shoulder they sent is half bacon. I am going to have some very tasty chickpeas.

The supposed Customer Service does not respond to inquiries. I consider the delivery process somewhat slow. I think they have room for improvement.

I wrote them an email because my order was taking too long and they did not bother to reply. After several days and receiving my order, I opened it and my surprise is that they put in what they wanted. My order consisted of a lot of Iberian ham from Huelva, with loin and sausages from Huelva from the "prestigious brand Centelles & Buj" and they put in a ham from Benito and a loin from Benito from Salamanca. They indicate on their page that if there is any product missing they will replace it with another of equal or higher quality, but they didn't even bother to include products from Huelva (without belittling others). In conclusion, communication ZERO, shipping speed ZERO, notifying customers that those products are not available in case they send others, nothing, they just send it and that's it. I bought 3 hams this Christmas on different pages and this one gets all my negative ratings. Good luck to others with their purchase. Regards.

I bought two 100% Iberian hams from EL POZO. In the first cut, before the ham appeared, I removed 469 grams of fat and there was more fat than ham left. They haven't responded to my complaints. I will never buy ham or ham from El Pozo again.

Never again!!!, the ham we bought was all fat. They do not respond to complaints and if you call they answer rudely and tell you to go to hell. Pray not to have any problems because they don't want to know anything....

very disappointed with the 5J Iberian ham shoulder bought during the Black Friday 2021 campaign. It does not have the expected flavor for the price it costs.

I AM NOT GOING TO PLACE ANY OTHER ORDER. THE SHOULDER WAS TOO DRY AND THE REST OF THE ASSORTMENT WAS NOT IBERIAN.

Terrible!! Health Alert!!! They sent me the ham with worms over half a centimeter long, totally disgusting and unhealthy. I have been claiming a refund for 1 week and they are not providing any solution. I am going to report to Health and Consumer to prevent them from scamming anyone else.

The products look good, as always. Although they haven't been able to be tried. It's necessary to take care of the shipments; the boxes arrive crushed, taped over, etc. Visually, it doesn't look good.

I ordered a pack with a deboned shoulder and they sent it whole, I am waiting for a response and for them to refund the extra amount paid.

First time I buy the Joselito shoulder in this store... it certainly hasn't been the best I've had, weight very close to the lower limit and a lot of external fat.

The ham arrived a week later than stipulated. They sent me a message saying it had been shipped and it was not true. The ham itself is tasty but very little cured. I don't think I will order again.

I already wrote them an email giving my opinion but I see they haven't seen it. The cheeses are perfect but the shoulder arrived and is totally uncured. Soft soft. The truth is I am somewhat disappointed.
