I have been ordering for several years and this has been the worst; the package was stuck in the transport agency's warehouse all through the Constitution bridge, and to make matters worse, the transport agency says they don't deliver in my area, and I had to go pick up the package myself, very bad.

It took too long, and the ham has some mold spots inside between the meat and the fat, and in flavor, for being Iberian cebo it doesn't taste like that and is a bit salty for my taste.

If I have to rate the shoulder, I would give it a 4. The initial shipping a 0, horrible management from nacex, days later with the mediation of their customer service they solved the issue but the feeling of the shipping is bad.

Disappointing. The shipping was fine, but I made a suggestion/complaint by phone and I am still waiting for a response. As you may have noticed, I have not bought again and I have found a new distributor from whom I have purchased approximately 1000 euros worth. It's Christmas!!

The ham is very good, but the management is not, I am still waiting for them to refund the amount equivalent to the Black Friday discount that was pending to apply. Last complaint to the info email on December 1st and I still have not received a response.

Disappointing. The first ham order I made last October was great; it was the same as in the photo. However, this last one they sent me 2 hams that have nothing to do with it (it's not that they are bad, they are just 'normal'). It seems they 'hook' you with the first order and then send you what suits them. What a shame.

The shoulder is confusing, it seems to come with black certification but it doesn't have it. Although it tastes good. The bad thing is the batch of cold cuts, one of them came defective without being vacuum packed, it came punctured. A shame because the rest came well and was good.

Hello, I placed the shoulder with the hoof down and the little I have cut is hard and salty. It is the first time in my life that I have bought a shoulder or ham. I don't know if that is normal or not. Let's see when I cut more if it remains the same. Best regards.
