At first it was fine, but now, I bought a Joselito shoulder of 4-4.5kg and I only received 16 packets, just over a kilo and a half. I feel like there is a lack of product. Hand-sliced. The same thing happened to me with the previous Sanchez Romero. I don't think I'll buy here again. Also, they come without a sticker or anything on the packets. Who tells me that they are Joselito.

I bought a 9.5-kilo ham to receive it sliced, I asked beforehand about the quantities and weights of each bag, they replied that between 27 and 33 bags of 150 grams. And indeed, I received the minimum, 27 bags. Up to that point, no complaints, but the cut is so thick that my experience leads me not to use this method of purchase again, I am totally disappointed.

I ordered ham 5j+Chorizo+Iberian Loin. It did not arrive at the scheduled time of 24-48h, in fact, it didn't arrive at all. I complained and they told me they didn't have the ham, then I asked them to send the Joselito ham and they told me it was more expensive. I pointed out that they had it cheaper on their website. Then they said okay and that they would give me a gift for the difference. Finally, the 5j ham arrived!!!

Very fast delivery. It has good flavor but perhaps a bit dry.

I bought a shoulder of acorn-fed between 5 and 5.5 kg and it weighs 4.2 kg. I think it's very bad!!!!

It has excessive fat. A lot of bacon needs to be removed. Not satisfied. I won't order again

I only rated with three stars because it had excessive exterior fat, I have been buying this product in person for years and can choose with observation a better quality.

Since I live in a rural area, the delivery person commented that the next order should not go to him as he is not interested in making this trip.

The order was quick and without management problems but one of the products arrived expired, another with the label torn right where the expiration date would be reported, several others without any type of label with batch number/expiration date. I don't give a single star because at least the shoulder turned out very good. Before leaving this comment, I tried to contact them to offer me some explanation or solution but I have not yet received a response.

The shipment was correct, in my case I ordered Llardons and they came very broken and very toasted, everything else was correct

I ordered a cured cheese canal and they sent me an old cheese, I asked for two espetec casings and they are as hard as rocks and I asked for sobrasada from black pig and it is sour. What do you want me to say, also in another previous order I ordered a field-fed ham and it was hard, they changed it and the one that came was also hard. It makes me think that they sell the products on sale because they are a bit past. Regards and I will not buy anymore.

4 packets of ham came with the vacuum poorly done. And from another ham in 8 pieces one came without the vacuum done directly. What a shame. Because they used to work well before.

I bought an offer of a 3.5kg shoulder plus cheese and I don't think I will do it again. Until now we had bought several shoulders and all of them had turned out quite good, for our taste of course, but this shoulder from the "brutal offer" has nothing to do with it. It is hard and excessively salty. I don't know if it was bad luck or if the offers are made with low-quality pieces.

The product was good, the courier company was bad, as they forced the package into a Citibox mailbox, damaging the product and we had to open the package inside the mailbox to be able to take out the product.

hello very good afternoon within the last purchase and as a connoisseur of the meat sector I can only evaluate what it is. I bought a black label ham from Benito making me understand as an old field ham outside the norm I expected something much more expensive to be Dutch white pig and something strong Duroc in salt and at most 14 months of drying in a normal drying room very well blackened but totally white already hard at 4 pesetas I will not buy from them anymore because the price of 104 euros per piece is abusive since it is a ham of 60 euros total I started with 7 years cleaning pig farms and at 10 putting the salt putting them in the sink and throwing it into the drum putting the bags or casings as was done in the old days and hanging them in the drying room taking them out removing the casings at fourteen I was part of the slaughterhouse at 16 guts fat etc 18 years of sausages now after 50 years of work you have made me see that my life dedication to the trade has been of no use

I have already sent an email, to which they have not even responded. Very unhappy and the shoulder was not even worth a decent slice. Totally dry, hard, impossible to slice and even yellowish areas and rancid. They could at least have responded to the email. It was 50 euros thrown in the trash
