I have been buying the ham, (in this case shoulder), it is tasty as always but this one is extra flat, I haven't weighed it of course but it gives me the feeling of being scarce

Hello good morning I am not happy since I had to go pick up the ham package from the transport company and also I did not have the option to pay by card.

The weight of the shoulder is less than what I paid. It weighed 4.3 kg and the purchase was from 4.50 to 5.00 kg

The shoulder is very good and very juicy. The only downside, which I suppose could be from the transport company, is that there were some ants in the box with the packets, luckily they didn't break the plastic packets and couldn't access the product. But as I say, it has nothing to do with the quality of the product.
