Fast process and very good quality products. In a previous comment, I complained about the cebo shoulder, but over the days and the cuts, I have to say it is much better.

The ham has turned out to be very very very salty, what a shame.

The ham is not at the curing point it should be for a minimum of 15 months. In the thinnest part (which is supposed to be more cured) it is soft. The flavor of the ham is noticeable that it is good but it is not well cut nor is it as it should be to the palate, it is soft....

The shoulder arrived without vacuum, and since in transport and delivery it is days without refrigeration, it arrived with liquefied fat, etc.....

The cheese is a bit more cured and with little margin until expiration... the rest I haven't tried yet but I hope it is as good as always.

I have made several orders and I am satisfied with the products that are of good quality and very well priced. I had an issue with the penultimate order, where two loins came underweight, one of them quite noticeably. I claimed it and they compensated me in this last order. So I am also happy with the treatment received.

This is the second year I buy from them, but I will surely continue like the last shoulder I was sent, that is, sliced and in bags. I have to ask them for a 100/100 Iberian ham, but my question is if they can do it sliced and in bags; if it has to be whole, I won't buy it, thank you.
