I made the order with vacuum slices, and I find a package of a whole piece. I had to pay a butcher to cut it for me. Because you didn't answer the phone. And I know you are not going to publish this, because the last review you have posted is from years ago.

I made two orders spending €120, one of them came with a chorizo with the vacuum punctured and full of mold, the other order was missing a product and the solution they gave me was to make another order of at least €60 so they could send me a chorizo of €3... I don't think this is a way to solve a problem for which they just lost a customer who surely if everything had been fine would buy from them every year.

The order did not arrive according to the specifications indicated in the description of the batch. They could have contacted us first to see if we wanted it or, on the contrary, canceled it.

The ham looks like morcón, it is drier than a mojama. I do not recommend it at all, a real disappointment. I also ordered a chocolate nougat and it arrived completely broken.

Generally good and sometimes I wonder why it is easier, cheaper, and more reliable to buy a product that I have 100kms away, having to buy it 1000kms away.

Flavor, aroma, and texture of 10. Excellent knife cut in extraordinary packaging. The price is one of the most competitive in the Spanish market. Quality/price ratio 10/10. Relatively fast delivery (less than 1 week), without incident and with tracking.
