Good afternoon, this is the third or fourth time I buy and I will continue like this because when I buy quality I demand quality, but I have no complaints, as long as they provide what is purchased and do not deceive, I will be with this company, and I take this opportunity to encourage people that what they sell is at the level of what is paid, they are very serious and very professional, from here I congratulate the said company and encourage them not to let their guard down, my most sincere congratulations

The ham was uncured on both sides, basically raw meat. I made the complaint a week ago and they have not provided a solution

It took 1 week for the shoulder 959 to arrive, I started it as soon as I received it, and immediately ordered another for my son and my grandchildren. That says almost everything Fabulous product, and luckily, with just the right amount of fat.

I ordered 2 packs that included shoulder, wedge of cheese, and Iberian salami and chorizo. The shoulder, which was what I was interested in, was very good but I didn't like the salami at all, it's a shame not to include a good quality salami or even not to include it at all. One of my packs was for a gift and I removed the salami, luckily I tried it in mine first.

I received the order in poor condition, one item was a tub of cracklings without a seal and the cracklings had a kind of layer of mold, if a person with poor eyesight or blind received it, they would surely get intoxicated at the very least. Just that.

I am missing half a ham, I only received 14 envelopes, 6 rancid bones, and a bag of cubes. I have already made a complaint by email, they tell me to return the order and that's it. What a shame. They sell you the idea that they cut a shoulder for you, but in reality, they give you some already cut envelopes, some bones that are over a month old, and a little bag of cubes.
