It is very unpleasant to have to ask the workers if the batch was correct, it is not a company task, you have to ensure that everything is correct. We complained and they sent us the missing products without a single apology, they just sent them. Imagine having to package and deliver the missing products to the workers. It was horrible.

I can't comment on the ham yet, I will do so when I try it. Regarding the shipping, I must say that it was supposed to arrive on the 31st, the package got lost and arrived 2 days later, and as for the packaging, too mediocre! How can you send a ham wrapped only in paper inside a cardboard box?? The box arrived, as is normal, BROKEN at the hoof part, let's see if they improve this concept!

Good morning. We haven't tried it yet because it arrived yesterday in the afternoon and I picked it up in the evening at the pickup point after waiting days.
