And the ham and cheese are really good. The only negative is that from Friday until Monday when I received it, the ham and cheese were super sweaty, there was more than a glass of liquid fat in the ham packaging.

I was comparing prices between different pages and analyzing the best ham or shoulder I could get for quality-price and it did not disappoint. Very good shoulder in flavor and curing point. It came in a very well-wrapped box. As a recommendation, it would be great to include some flyer or small information with recommendations on how to start or preserve the shoulder at home. Small details to make everything perfect in a product of very good quality.
