All good. You told me it took longer because you were waiting for the sausage and the sausage is harder than the feet of Christ.

The first ham I bought was fine, but the one that has arrived now is dry, it has no infiltrated fat. For being a Duroc, I expected more.

The acorn Iberian shoulder, brand Deseo is excellent, it has been a great purchase. I am still waiting for confirmation of the quality of the Iberian ham from Deseo, I hope it does not disappoint.

Disastrous. I ordered 10 packs of 100 Iberian cebo and opened 1 and it did not seem Iberian, it was clumping, I started another and it was the same. I called to complain and they told me the ham was fine. So the after-sales service is terrible.

I placed an order more than a week ago and my shoulder is still going around Berlin, and I still have not received it. Maybe they should change their shipping company! Even though I gave them all my information, no one has contacted me. GSL also does not have a number to call, so I don't know what to do, just wait.

Hello, on November 11 I received my orders, one of which arrived with 1 chorizo in bad condition/packaging, that same day I sent several emails with photos and to this day I have not received a response, but I have received emails to buy more lots. Quick to bring the lots but if you expect them to respond or solve problems.....0.

Initially, the order was delayed in delivery and I had to keep calling to ask about the real status of the order and demand immediate shipping or cancellation. Then the ham arrived with worms inside the packaging (100% Iberian - D.O. Jabugo), after attaching images and videos of what happened through the means they indicated to me, my email with the evidence was overlooked and the resolution of the case was delayed... until I called, they could not find my email... After collecting and sending a new ham, for now, the quality leaves much to be desired. It is true that we started on the

The ham tastes good but when chewing you have to throw away half of the fibrous part.
