The ham is very dry and the quality is very questionable... it seems like a Duroc ham instead of Iberian. Not satisfied at all.

This is the third time I buy. The products are of quality and at a good price. They always arrive on the indicated date, I recommend it 100x100

This is the second order we made and the ham arrived completely different both in shape and in curing and flavor. Excessively soft ham and lacking in flavor, very little cured and we are still unable to eat it for that reason.

The truth is that the flavor of the shoulder is not better than that of the ham or shoulder from the supermarket. I am quite disappointed. I don't know if it coincided since the reviews I read were very good.

The timing and shipping were correct. But, the forms and quality leave much to be desired. A ham arrived without any identification, no seal, no label, nothing indicating its origin. The taste is acceptable, but too cured and when cutting all the fat separates from the meat. This first experience has been quite disappointing.

Very bad idea to buy a ham in this store. I wanted to try and change from where I always order, a big mistake that clearly will not happen again. The ham is salty and tender and they say it cannot be exchanged... the first time I hear that... my advice is not to buy here... they are the worst....

I would like information on how to prepare a perfect front leg ham. The internet only knows about the back leg... but the flavor and quality are very good! Thank you

Good morning, from the pack I bought of 5 deboned shoulders, I have tried one so far and it came out dry and salty. I hope the others are luckier. Thank you.
