Inedible, super salty, you can't eat more than two slices because you have to drink a liter of water, I received it with the packages weighing 3 kilos.

The ham received was super dry, without bacon, it seemed more like a shoulder than a ham, hard and aged, the little bacon was rancid yellow even to the lean part, very disappointed

A lot of variety, adjusted prices and quality products. Always take into account the weight of the shoulders or hams.

I bought ham of 6.5-7kg and the weight did not reach 6.5kg, besides that, the quality does not correspond to the price, quite disappointed.

The flavor of the shoulder is very good, but it has too much fat and a lot of the total weight of the ham is wasted

The 5J hams never disappoint but the knife cut is more like a butcher than a ham cutter. The slices are too thick
