I am surprised that the black label is not on the packages of '100% Iberico bellota palette'. The package was delivered during a heatwave and as a result, the packages were a bit oily. The product arrived defective; we had to throw it away since it spent more than two weeks in a van saying they were delivering it and that we were not home, but unfortunately, there is always someone at home because my mother cannot leave the house. So with this heat and a delivery company that unfortunately is the worst in the city, two factors combined have made us throw 75 euros in the trash. You probably have a great product, but with such poor management as the one you hired for delivery, I don't think a product will ever arrive in optimal conditions.
