The shoulder is of very good quality, it was a bit salty, but I would recommend it for the quality-price ratio.

Order placed on the 6th, and we are on the 18th, and it still hasn't arrived. I paid for refrigerated shipping in 24/48, and nothing. It has been throwing money away. On the other hand, they do not respond to emails or provide information. Change supplier for next time.

The 100% acorn shoulder is really excellent, this is the first purchase, but it won't be the last.

Due to its flavor, it does not seem to be a feed ham. It is also very salty. I will not buy more loose packets.

The order took 10 days to arrive, and the product did not turn out to be what was expected. The packages did not have labels for packaging and expiration dates; the ham inside looked plastic, and the only thing 100% acorn was the black label that accompanied the bones, dry, very dry, which made me think it had not been sliced that same week, nor even the previous one. The price was not cheap. Very bad experience, not to recommend Jamón y Paletilla del Vendrell (Tarragona). Better to buy directly.
