I personally never ordered iberico ham, this is the first and last time, because it is only fat and 200 grams of ham, it only has fat and more fat from the 6 kilos that weigh I have taken out almost 3 kg of fat and what remains, in short a mistake, not having been able to order Montesano.

If you buy a 100% acorn-fed shoulder, weighing between 5.5 and 6 kg, the least you can ask for is that it weighs that much. The shoulder after removing the black mesh weighed 5.370 kg on an electronic scale. Despite the attached label, which marked an optimistic 5.720 kg. I think there is no need to say anything more.

the product looks very good, but the transport service leaves much to be desired since I indicated that it should be delivered before 12:00h any day and not only did they ignore this directive but they left the package with the neighbor without asking me with how easy it is to make a call, the neighbor had to come to tell me that he had the package, while I was worried because I received the email with delivery made and I did not have it, regards.

The acorn-fed Iberian shoulder is exceptional, but I bought Christmas Iberian ham twice and it is terrible, salty, dry, I do not recommend it at all, it is rubbish, I'm sorry but that's how it is. Thank you
