They sell dry hams that others couldn't sell in season. Money wasted and the worst part is that they don't even respond to complaints. Total shamelessness

Excellent flavor of the ham, too bad we bought 7 kg, and not bigger. One of the best hams I have bought on this page. Just the right curing and exact salt point. Maybe a little more fat than expected, but not too much. I would sign for another one like it next time.

I RECEIVED 2 PRODUCTS WITH LITTLE EXPIRATION DATE DESPITE BEING VACUUM PACKAGED. I COMPLAINED AND IN THE END THEY OFFERED TO REFUND THE TRUFFLED CATALAN AND THE BISBE BLANC BUT THE REFUND DOES NOT ARRIVE AFTER 5 OR 6 DAYS, IF I DO NOT RECEIVE IT THIS WEEK I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH PAYPAL FOR THE RESOLUTION CENTER TO DECIDE AND FOR NOW WITHDRAW THE PAYMENT OF THE TOTAL ORDER, NOT JUST FOR THE TWO PIECES THAT WERE OFFERED TO ME, REGARDS
