Everything has been excellent. We bought a shoulder, they cut it and vacuum packed it, including both the bones and the larger pieces. The quality has been magnificent. Without a doubt, we will repeat.

The shoulder is very salty, I sent a request for return or exchange several days ago and it has not been attended to, they haven't even bothered to reply to me. I will not buy again

A total of 2800 grams arrived. You say they should arrive between 2900 and 3300.

The product is advertised as acorn-fed Iberian. It is not, it is commercially called black label, well it comes without the required label. Poorly cured. I definitely will not buy any product from this company again.

I always buy ham here and other things but the ham that has arrived is not of the same quality as before, being the same product purchased previously

The product is of low quality, I highly doubt it is cebo shoulder, and it is also super tender. I feel deeply deceived.

The Desire ham is very salty. This is not the first time we have bought, and we have always been satisfied, but this time we cannot say the same. What a shame.

We just started the ham, initially the curing is good, the slices of ham are well dried, good aroma and good flavor, very good value for money. Initially very satisfied with the purchase. We will repeat.

Don't trust them at all, I have made several orders and the shoulders are smaller than indicated and the last order was a dry and hard shoulder, I call by phone and they never answer, they tell me they will make the exchange and it's a lie, they don't exchange the product, SCAMMERS, cheap is expensive
