100% Iberian shoulder black label, it arrived dry, I could only get ham from the leg, I had to remove it. It was dry to the eye, a shame that they serve hams like this

The delivery was perfect. But today I opened the ham and it is super dry and rancid. The other 2 that my sisters kept are the same. The last 2 orders were legacy shoulder from El Pozo and very good. These cannot be eaten. I have requested a refund

I bought an Iberian ham of 7.5 kg for 155 €. It indicated that it had a curing of 36 months. It arrived well packaged and within the expected delivery time. But the ham did not have a curing of 36 months, I think it didn't even have 24, I started it from the knuckle and it was very soft and the meat was mushy, that is, poorly cured. This ham had high expectations and has been a failure, it's not worth even 100 €. Disappointing.
