I have ordered several times, this is the second time I order the ham in packets, the other time I threw away 4 or 5 packets because when I opened them they were bad, now in this order I have 5 packets and I already had to throw away 2 that were in bad condition when opened, this time I took photos in case they are interested, thank you.

The Iberian shoulder I wanted received is of RECEBO, NOT 100% acorn, according to the purchase made.

The quality of the ham is terrible, the cut extremely thick (it forms a ball). In short, a ham exclusively for cooking.

The last 5 jotas ham left much to be desired. Full of bacon, a bit salty, and certainly not the quality I expected. I have bought 100% Iberian pata negras without jotas, much richer. I won't return it out of laziness, but I should return it.

Everything perfect. The Jabugo shoulder is very tasty. For this price, the one who doesn't eat 100% acorn ham is because they don't want to. I recommend it and we will buy again.

Very hard shoulder when I put it on the ham holder, impossible to eat, a shame to have to opine like this about a company that sells online. Don't buy, it's a scam.

I ordered it boneless and I didn't know they would give it to me like a book that I can't slice. Besides, I find it salty.

Nefasta doesn't know how to claim by email or phone, they sell the product and you just manage on your own.

I have successfully purchased several times. This time, very poorly cut, too thick the cut and not well polished before cutting, so it is full of tendons and bark.. Very bad.

Due to a problem with the transport company, the product has not arrived. It has been a horrible and unpleasant experience dealing with the transport company, GLS. I request that you proceed with the return of the purchase as soon as possible.
