I wrote an email that has not been answered. In it, I explained that I have purchased several times and everything was fine, except this time, that I bought a ham along with a Sánchez Romero Carvajal loin, and the loin had to go to the trash. It was inedible, dry, hard, with a strange taste. A lot of disappointment, it was a Christmas gift.

An Iberian shoulder of 4.5kg with a delicious flavor, and at a very good price. Maybe "too much" fat in the muscle until "reaching" the meat, but I suppose it's within the normal range. I will probably repeat the purchase.

Good product, and fast shipping. It's a shame that something so essential for this type of thing, like being able to select the shipping to a friend, failed... Even trying to contact by phone and email... in the end, my order arrived to me and I had to resend it again.

Our order arrived very quickly, the ham is very good, we haven't tried the chorizo and salchichón yet and the cheese hasn't arrived but we have already solved it because they gave us a discount voucher for the next purchase, so we are happy with the purchase.

I am still waiting, the transport company tells me it has been delivered. Nothing has arrived here. The ID that the transport company indicates for who picks up the package is not mine.

Terrible service, the order did not arrive and it is impossible to contact you, we tried by phone and by email, no response, unacceptable, I was left without the product and without my money. I do not recommend it. Worse than the worst.

The management and shipping of the product was very fast. I would suggest that they change shipping companies as GLS are unprofessional, they took 3 days to bring it to the house, one day they called us to say they couldn't deliver it on time and marked us as Absent, the second time they directly said they didn't have time and on the third day at the last hour of the day at 20:30..

I received a ham of lesser weight than what I paid for. They told me they would refund the difference, I am still waiting after 1 and a half months and they do not respond to emails, voice messages, or calls. Last time I buy.
