The truth is that I expected the quality to be better. At home we are used to consuming iberico products and these are not comparable at all. I wanted to try, but I admit that we have been disappointed.

I am trying to return a ham in bad condition that is raw and has a meaty taste, I opened an envelope and it was horrible and I have already sent I don't know how many emails and they don't answer the phone, I have called several times and the answering machine comes on, they don't give me a solution, I do not recommend buying on this page, it will be my last time buying here.

I bought an ibérico ham and they sent me a gran reserva ham, of course I already requested the return through Paypal which was the way of turkey, on top of that I have been trying to talk to the company for two days to arrange for them to pick up the package, I even left my phone number on the answering machine but they don't answer or call me.

If you buy a 100% acorn-fed shoulder, weighing between 5.5 and 6 kg, the least you can ask for is that it weighs that much. The shoulder after removing the black mesh weighed 5.370 kg on an electronic scale. Despite the attached label, which marked an optimistic 5.720 kg. I think there is no need to say anything more.

The ham (shoulder) is the most horrendous I have had the unfortunate moment of ordering. Honestly, I didn't even want to comment, I simply will NOT buy again, period.. but since you sent me the message to give my opinion, I will. I bought on 8/4 3 Black Label Benito shoulders and they turned out to be a real mess!!! One of them is going straight to the trash, it is INEDIBLE. I have been calling since the 14th and writing to this company but I think it is a GHOST company since they do not respond to anything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING.

I bought a whole ham that I ordered boneless on two occasions and the order arrived without the bones. On 9/4 I called to ask and they told me it was a mistake and that they would send me the bones without any problem, not receiving anything on 15/04 I sent them a message and they have not responded. So I am a bit disappointed.
