The slicing of the ham is very disappointing, a lot of micro bone fragments on the slices. After all, the ham itself is correct, even if in the end it's not my favorite bellota, I wanted to try something new, but I will return to my basics next time.

The paletilla came out super dry and super salty.

The delivery service is a disaster, after the package was 3 days going around and not being delivered to the delivery address with the excuse that no one was there when it's not true since they didn't come because I was at home, the purchased products were no longer in good condition. It's a shame that your reputation is tarnished by the poor performance of the transport company.

Good afternoon: Regarding the order of the reference and for your information, I would like to make the following clarifications: 1.- The company Nacex informed me that the order would be delivered on 08.07.2026, before 20:00 hours. 2.- The ham was delivered on 09.07.2026 at 18:00 hours, which forced me to stay at home all day on the 8th and 9th until the indicated time. However, the worst part is not this, but what I indicate in the next point. 3.- I imagine that the ham remained in the truck for about 48 hours. Probably exposed to the elements and with the current temperatures. Result: upon receiving the box, just by touch, an abnormal temperature was perceived in any package. The ham is good, in line with the quality of a cebo ham. Although it is indicated when placing the order, 10 days until delivery seems too much. They could try to improve this aspect.

The shipment was good, but upon arrival and tasting the product, it was excessively salty, so I requested a refund. They asked me for photos but no one has responded to me since then, I have read that they have 15 days to return it, the days go by and I know nothing. The uncertainty that is generated I think is not appropriate.

In my order, there were three sections, A). Sliced paletilla, very bad, totally salty. B) two spicy sobrasadas, I only received one. C). Ham and paletilla petals, they will be delicious. D) the weights of the envelopes, none has its purchased weight, the heaviest weighs just 100 grams including the packaging and the cardboard which weigh 25 grams. I am not satisfied with anything. Everything in the order was correct, the product both the cecina was very dry and the ham very salty, I regret it but I will not buy again.

The ham I received has nothing to do with the previous one, the three packages I opened have no flavor of ibérico and have quite a bit of sinew which makes it very unpleasant to eat.

The ham is very good, I have nothing to complain about, but the transport agency GLS, when bringing it later, delivered the ham almost melted, the bag it came in had 4 fingers of melted fat due to the heat, the ham looked like plasticine, we had to put it in front of the air conditioning, and I repeat, the ham is good, but it did not arrive in the best conditions, we know that heat is not good, but if they do not keep it in a cool and dry place at the transport agency, then these things happen. I only ask that if I order again, please do not send with the same agency, regards.

I am happy with the order except for the packaging. I live in Germany and the shipping takes longer than normal and I understand that but I expected a packaging more prepared to withstand the heat.

Received, but the package was outside at a very high temperature, I don't know for how long. Even though we were at home, the carrier did not notify us. I like the ham but the dispatch should be faster and more controlled. Another thing: in the past I bought the same ham in slices, but with small packages, I think of 50-60 grams. These packages are too large for the refrigerator and also for consuming just one or two bites.

I was debited and never received a package. I have no news of the order since the payment was accepted.
