No news about my order, no response from your side, it is useless.

The ham I purchased was mostly fatty. In addition to sending an email and not responding.

I ordered two Iberian hams and two cular sausages and only the two hams arrived, you can call and send emails and they do not respond to either, I consider the money lost, it is a shame.

I still have not received the order and it is impossible to communicate with the company.

I placed an order with two products, a leg and a chorizo. The second one was not sent to me correctly. I wrote for its correction and never got a response

Almost the whole shoulder is fat. It is not worth buying it. It is better to pay a little more and go for the safe option. The taste is fine

The post-delivery service is not good. I placed an order that included a cheese wedge, olives, and sausage and it did not arrive. I sent an email and have no response and left a message by phone and have not received a response. The product is okay, but I insist, customer service is a 0.

Good quality/price ratio

They send me a ham with a weight half a kilo less than the minimum, they respond that they will make a partial refund, and I am still waiting for them to reply.

I understand that the ham, for the price, is what it is, but I expected much more, honestly. Either there are fake reviews or I don't know... Taste meh, very raw and on top of that it was like eaten from the inside. There was a rotten area in the middle. We had to keep cleaning, I don't know what it was but it was like an ugly area. I don't have much experience with hams but in all the years (1 per Christmas) I had never had one like this!!! Never to repeat!!!

I bought a Don Benito Black Label ham, and it is not cured. It is semi-raw meat. Impossible to cut with the ham knife. A disaster.

The product does not correspond to what was advertised, nor with the image of the packaging.

I have already sent an email with photos of the product in bad condition, I hope for a quick response.

The ham is very good, but the shipping took longer than indicated on the website. I had to send several messages to get them to send it.

I am still waiting for 2 batches, and 1 raw ham and others tender. THEY HAVE NOT FULFILLED WHAT THEY PROMISED ME.

I placed an order on the site worth over 270 euros, including: 6 IBÉRICO CHORIZO, 4 SAUSAGES, 1 PABEIBMO Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico MONTESANO Extremadura Pura Pata Negra, and 20 bags of Black Label BENITO Sliced Ham 100gr. Unfortunately, the package I received is incomplete: the product "Black Label BENITO Sliced Ham 100gr", which should have contained 20 bags, contains only one bag. What is even more frustrating is that the product "PABEIBMO Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico MONTESANO Extremadura Pura Pata Negra" also has issues: The sealed packaging is damaged. Most importantly, I received a ham with a green label, while I had ordered the one with a black label. I tried to contact the site to resolve these issues, but I received no response from them. I don't know how to resolve this situation. This is not just a stock shortage issue, it's a case of substitution with a lower quality product. Shopping on this site, without any response or guarantee, is a disappointing experience. I am a big fan of Spanish gastronomy, but with such an irresponsible attitude towards orders and customers, I do not recommend anyone to shop on this site.

The ham is too hard and the cold cuts are very salty, we won't repeat.

The 50% Iberian acorn ham arrived extremely dry, over-salted and rancid, therefore inedible. I had to return it.

I was not given the 5% discount that I was entitled to due to the purchase date. It is true that I paid the invoice beforehand, but it was in small print (I am 81 years old and my eyesight is not good). But I immediately complained when I saw it printed, and they haven't even responded, after sending them several emails about this. The least that should be done is to respond to a customer's complaint, and not to give the silent treatment, as it is not only a lack of education but also a contemptuous mockery. If they do this to me after three years of buying from them for between 600 or 700 euros each year, I don't think they will be minimally attentive to any customer who presents a complaint either.

I ordered a shoulder, it arrived a couple of days later than they told me. Once at home, when I touched it, I found it very soft, I weighed it (with the paper and the cover) and it weighs 3.5 kg, if I remove the cover and paper it loses at least 300 grams. On the website, they said it was between 3.5 kg and 4 kg and it weighs 3.200.... I sent them emails and they don't respond, I call them and they don't answer... In summary, misleading advertising and terrible after-sales service. I hope that what remains of the shoulder, after removing the fat, is at least good....

We took a week to receive the order, it was supposed to take 24/48 hours, I will not buy here again, thank you.

I am outraged, the shoulder came with mites and bites, I have been calling customer service and it goes to voicemail, I sent an email and they still haven't contacted me. I will never buy again.

As a joke, I bought an acorn ham that turned out to be salty, I have sent them 3 emails and called by phone but they do not respond anywhere. I will not buy from them again and I do not recommend it to you.

Although I couldn't get them to provide me with the tracking number from the shipping agency for the order, everything arrived on time and in perfect condition.

The phone does not exist, they do not answer... they sent the 34 hams to the wrong address. Other years, when it was cash on delivery, no problem, this year prepaid, terrible.
