It was my 3rd or 4th time ordering on this page and the truth is they have disappointed me. First, I ordered for delivery at home and it was delivered at a pickup point and then I tried to contact them with the phone provided during morning hours after 4 or 5 calls they don't even pick up. About the shipment perfect, within the indicated deadlines. I ordered a shoulder that weighed between 4-4.5 kg and I received one of 3.85 kg with straps, packaging, etc. I complained and they changed it for me, very quickly, my surprise when it arrives and weighs 100g more... I think if I complain it is to take it into account and send the shoulder with its correct weight, not that even the second time it has its weight... anyway, not buying again solves it.
