The ham, the lower layer has too much fat. Half of the weight is discarded. It's a shame considering the amount of packets bought, 25.

Initially this is already trying the ham and so far it is good and at its curing point, I hope it stays like this until the end, very fast and secure delivery. Good experience with Jamón and Paletilla, this is not the first purchase I make, I will continue buying for their good service.

They sent me a cheese I didn't order, of lesser weight and they say it's of the same quality and that in another order they will refund the weight difference. I request a return and they do not respond. The Jabugo shoulder is very hard and dry. I won't buy more!!!

They have not refunded me the money for a shoulder of minimal quality and some inedible raw sausages. I returned it less than 24 hours after receiving it. I still do not have the money refunded. Very unhappy. I hope to see my refund on the 26th as soon as possible. I am very upset
