They changed a 9kg POZO Ferrari ham that was bad for a 7kg POZO gold series one. Normally in these cases, the change should be for another equal or superior. From the Ferrari, only two packets were opened. Not even 50g of ham, and one of them was returned halfway.

The serrano ham I bought, supposedly cured for 15 months, is of poor quality. It's true that it's not an iberian type ham, but it does not correspond to the product advertising.

The delivery was good and fast. The product leaves much to be desired, I give it 3 out of ten. The quality-price ratio is very bad and we are talking about a 5 Jotas shoulder, total excess fat. In summary, a failure. I will not buy again.

Very tasty ham. Perfectly sliced. Only 3 of the packets came unsealed and the whole order and the fat box arrived. I don't know if it was due to the heat or the treatment given by the carrier. Discontent with the carrier company.

I just received my order and almost everything is for throwing away. Broken bottle, exploded can of olives, the cheese is to throw away, the sobrasada looks like chorizo puree, the ham comes cooked and the packaging is terrible.
