A year ago these trays of 50% acorn were a 10, but my last 3 orders have disappointed me quite a bit, super fast shipping, but the ham arrives little cured and without acorn flavor, it seems like little cured white ham.

A rip-off. You buy a product that they advertise on their website, and they send you a different one. You call and the mailbox is full. You send emails and, first they say it is a mistake, and then they no longer respond. I will never buy from them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

The shoulder from Benito Jabugo has a good flavor and what we have consumed is well salted. The pancetta from Sánchez Romero is a fraud. That should be sold as bacon.

Very correct order and fast delivery. Highly recommended, they are very good. In your ham store, they scammed me, they didn't send me the cheese I ordered this Christmas because it had run out here in ham and shoulder and they deceived me, they kept my money and didn't send me the product. Long live Ham and shoulder.

Bad, the shoulder arrived correctly, but instead of the goat cheese I ordered they sent me 2 wedges of sheep cheese totaling 400g. I requested clarifications for this and they sent me an email indicating that they did not have it in stock and that they had sent me 3 wedges totaling 650g of the same product. I sent a photo of what was actually sent telling them that the product was not the same, I bought goat and they sent me sheep, both are cheese though. So far I have received no response.

I ordered the half leg of 5 jotas and the website says it weighs 450-550 grams and I received one weighing 430 grams. At least it should have arrived at 450. It doesn't seem serious to me.

Very bad experience. I bought a batch of 20 packets of iberian ham from Benito and it is the worst quality ham I have eaten in a long time. No curing at all and practically tasteless, it's like eating fresh meat. I will not buy again

My last order will be exactly that: MY LAST ORDER. The ham was DRY and SALTY. We have leftovers at home if you feel like it. I mentioned it personally during Christmas at your store in the Vendrell market, and they laughed! They practically insulted me. Montserrat González
