What I don't understand is why, if there was an issue with the package, you as a company were not able to communicate to me that there was a problem with its arrival, whether by email, call, sms... Moreover, I had to contact you to see where it was. It has been with Nacex since December 12 until today December 20 in a pallet without being vacuum packed. I don't think that's appropriate, because besides, this was a gift that I could no longer give and I had to buy it elsewhere. I have checked the address and at no time is it incorrect, I receive many packages at home with that same address. I communicate this to show my discontent and my bad taste in my mouth being my first order with JamonyPaletilla. I hope this does not happen again with another person.

The transport was terrible, and some cheese was not well packaged and arrived a bit spoiled. Customer service was terrible.
