I have sliced more than 500 hams (for business), certified by Sanchez Romero Carvajal, I mention this because I can differentiate one ham from another, and I know what I buy. But in this order, I am very dissatisfied, (all the other orders went very well), because it is a completely dry ham, the muscle is 100 times drier than the contramuscle, a ham without color, dry, and difficult to digest, with the slices so thin that you can read a book behind it.
