Good morning, I did not receive the order and the customer service was terrible.

Good shoulder, but not reaching the level of 20 years ago

Excessively salty, I will claim it, it's unacceptable that a Joselito is delivered like this.

Very dissatisfied with the product, I bought a 100% Iberian ham with the black tie, hence my purchase and the product arrived without the tie that certifies the quality of the products and who knows what type of ham you have supplied us.

It does not have the quality I expected, very dry and salty, for being a 5jotas ham the quality is poor. Also, I wanted to contact them by phone and there was no way. I will not buy on this website again.

It is not a ham with 50% Iberian flavor. I will not recommend it or buy it again.

I am at the beginning but it seems to be good

The order was phenomenal and the product fantastic but they do not put recipient labels or say they forget and they arrive very late.

Second time buying and it won't be the last if I can

I thought it was 100% Iberian but it's from a white label, perhaps if the image shows the white label it wouldn't cause confusion.

The shoulder is fine, what I don't understand is how the website says shipping is free from 50€ and they charged me.

The shoulder has a lot of fat but now that I turned it over it has even more fat, there is no ham. The box came damaged and does not come with the one that says a black one with handles, a lie, I will not buy again.

The shipment arrived late and it was not the product purchased. Customer service response is null, in short, the service is regrettable.

I bought the ham+cheese offer for my grandmother, at least if the ham doesn't turn out well, the cheese should be good... pff Well, the cheese has no brand, at least leave the brand visible, well nothing, a cheese without a brand to know which one it is. For the flavor, it is an average sheep cheese (like the one from my local supermarket). Regarding the ham, yes, it tastes good. Harder than the Perico leg because it is a shoulder but good for someone with good teeth, they might like it, for older people I wouldn't recommend this shoulder, so it's cheese ACME for dinner...

The ham did not turn out very good, however the ham did, a little dissatisfied with the ham.

The ham is super salty and has no taste at all, I am very disappointed.

Good complete Christmas lots at a good price

I wrote them an email because my order was taking too long and they did not bother to reply. After several days and receiving my order, I opened it and my surprise is that they put in what they wanted. My order consisted of a lot of Iberian ham from Huelva, with loin and sausages from Huelva from the "prestigious brand Centelles & Buj" and they put in a ham from Benito and a loin from Benito from Salamanca. They indicate on their page that if there is any product missing they will replace it with another of equal or higher quality, but they didn't even bother to include products from Huelva (without belittling others). In conclusion, communication ZERO, shipping speed ZERO, notifying customers that those products are not available in case they send others, nothing, they just send it and that's it. I bought 3 hams this Christmas on different pages and this one gets all my negative ratings. Good luck to others with their purchase. Regards.

I bought two 100% Iberian hams from EL POZO. In the first cut, before the ham appeared, I removed 469 grams of fat and there was more fat than ham left. They haven't responded to my complaints. I will never buy ham or ham from El Pozo again.

The product is very good, but the packaging of all the packages was damaged by the carrier. Since it was for a gift, it doesn't look very good in terms of presentation. If it weren't for that, I would have given 5 stars
