I bought two boneless hams, the first one was good but a bit tender. The second one I ordered a bit more cured, and yes, it came more cured, but with a slightly bad smell, I thought it would be a piece, but the second one came with the same smell.

The hams are very good. The packaging and transport were very bad. So much so that one box was burst. And the other was deformed. So much that when receiving it from the carrier it opened and the ham had to be picked up from the floor.

The purchase and payment were very easy. The website is well structured. They have a good product catalog. The order arrived just on its day and well presented. The ham so far seems a bit dry, we will see when I turn it over. I opened it from the most cured part.

I have no luck with hams, especially with those from the Salamanca area, I have already tried a few and they always lack curing, that is, smell and taste of meat and I give the star to the ham.

Highly recommended, fast and effective, the ham is great. I will repeat, I have already bought two. I don't give 5 stars because I requested that they package it and include the bone of the ham I bought, and it didn't come. I had to claim it. But they sent it later. The ham was cut and packaged at home in two days.

the preservation that this shoulder had from the seller was not very good.... all the meat around the shoulder blade had separated from it, filling with mold and rancid,,,, wasted all this part of the shoulder.
