From Jamón y Paletilla everything is correct, regarding the ham, the flavor is excellent but I only give it 4 stars because it is a bit raw in some parts.

The star is for the cheese. The ham is 3 times saltier than normal, and it is almost impossible to cut because it is so hard. A fraud. In my opinion, they sell you half a cheese for 50 euros, since those hams are selection waste.

Recently I received one of your ACORN shoulders, upon opening it I found 250 grams of fat before seeing the lean meat, when I got to the lean it was excessively cured for being such a recent shipment of an acorn unit, that said, the price offer was good and the shipping logistics incredible, very fast.
