The ham is good, but it is nothing more than a simple serrano ham, they put so much premium and I don't know what else, I think to make it more expensive, just an ordinary ham.

Good service and good product

Although we have not opened the material yet, it is very difficult to talk to customer service. They do not respond to emails or the phone. Likewise, they do not respect the observations that are detailed as a specific delivery date.

The ham arrived completely raw, no problem with the return.

So far quite good in curing and salt. Quite a layer of fat for being of the highest quality. As a "anecdotal" I made the purchase of 6 to 6.5kg. and they arrived just 6kg.

Although it has the black hoof, it doesn't look like an Iberian, it hardly has fat infiltration. It's poorly cured and I started with the chin. Anyway, it didn't turn out good!

The after-sales service is horrible, the attention is worse. They send the order wherever they want, in our case, they sent the order to the billing address which is 200km from where it was supposed to be delivered. We warned them before the order left, as the Nacex notice already indicated the wrong delivery address and their response was 'we send the order where the invoice says'. An invoice that we attached indicating the correct addresses. After this, they didn't respond to any more emails, disappearing. We have to arrange another transport on our own to take it to Barcelona. Don't buy, what they sell is a delicate product and there is no after-sales service. There are more online options at a good price and with a thousand times better service.

I have no news about the shipment of my order. They have not contacted either me or the recipient. They only sent me an email to ask for my opinion about the company. Well, very bad.

They are scammers, I paid for a ham weighing 4 to 4.5 kg and when I weighed it, it was 3.2 kg. Do you think we are fools and won't weigh it? You earn more with the kilo you scam us than with the rest of the ham. The ham is great though.

I bought a lot and they didn't send me some ham tacos that were included, I sent them an email and they told me to remind them on my next purchase and they didn't send me anything even though I told them I had bought them now I shouldn't have to wait for another purchase, they didn't reply and I was left without the tacos I had already paid for.

The shoulder weighs 4kg with packaging, being the purchased weight range 4 to 4.5kg. It is vacuum packed, something that is not mentioned. And it has a green tie when the description assures that it is acorn-fed, not cebo. I wrote to them expressing my displeasure and asking them to explain if I misinterpreted it. And I only received a request to send them some photos and then silence....

I have not received the order! I request a refund of the amount.

Shoulder of just weight unspecified, dry on one side and almost all fat on the other, hardly any product left to taste. What seemed like a bargain turned out to be a complete robbery.

I bought a "Don Bernardo" cheese and had the happy idea of ordering it in vacuum-packed 4 quarters, I didn't imagine that they wouldn't be the 4 quarters of the same cheese. I received 1 large quarter and 3 small ones, cut terribly, nothing professional and with a total weight of 2.5 kg, when the advertisement indicates that the weight margin of the cheese would be between 2.8 and 3 kg.

5 opened packets arrived. I sent an email with the complaint and the photos and no one has replied.

More than half of the ham packets came with a defect in the heat sealing and therefore with loss of vacuum.

The shoulder should weigh 4 kg, and it weighs 3.5 kg, I filed a complaint, sent photos and still no resolution to the problem. Can they tell me what the problem is? I feel deceived.

I have been trying to contact them for three days. I sent them an email over the weekend since on Friday we received the ham and as of today it is impossible to cut it due to how dry and hard it is. One thing is that it is cured and another that it is so hard that it can't even be cut and the little we have been able to try leaves a prick in the throat. We are regular consumers of this product (Iberian acorn-fed ham) and although we usually buy them at Jamones Eídriz and Maximiliano (where the products and service have always been extraordinary), we wanted to try with Jamón y Paletilla, but it is clear that we made a mistake. Because they neither answer the customer service phone nor have they replied to the email. We always give my two brothers a ham for Christmas and I am clear that given the result we will make the purchase directly at Jamones Eídriz. (Where they offer a guarantee of product return if it is in the expected conditions and provide excellent service. My experience has unfortunately not been positive.

The shoulder that arrived is practically all fat. 75€ for the little ham I got, it would have been more worthwhile to buy a few packets because I see what there is, because I feel totally deceived by this shoulder, honestly.

Soft and very salty ham, took too long when it is announced that it will be at home in 48 hours, a lie. I do not recommend anyone to this store and I will not buy anything again.

Very disappointed. In my last order, I bought Benito acorn-fed sausage and chorizo again, as on other occasions, and it has been a surprise because the taste is nothing like before. It turns out that what they sent me is Anselmo Benito, and not Benito like they used to sell. Both the chorizo and the sausage are of much lower quality. I have searched on other websites and found Benito sausage without Anselmo or other variations. I was quite disappointed because I had bought it for a celebration and was looking for the usual quality and found a rather average product.

The order was delivered too late, 13 days from the order date. Besides everything is fine

The shipment within the stipulated time (they told me 15 days from the purchase date and it arrived earlier) but the cut of the sliced ham is quite thick. Flavor is good.

I did not receive the ordered ham, they sent another one of a different brand thinking it was similar, they do not answer the phone or respond to messages sent through their website, I will not buy again nor recommend doing so.

It's very hard, I bought it last year and it was much better, that's why I repeated.

Slow shipping and no customer service. I requested to cancel, but they still sent it 10 days later. The product seems to be fine, but I haven't tried it because I had to get a replacement.
