Shoulder in poor condition, with many hard white parts in the middle of the meat, they respond that it is normal due to the curing of the shoulder, as I told them, one thing is to have a few and another is to have so many that when you want to eat it, they are as hard as small stones that can even be removed with the tip of a knife, it is impossible to eat the ham, it is like chewing sand, they tell me they won't change it, I advise not to buy from this store, I have bought shoulders before on other websites and have never had a problem, everyone is good for selling, but then they have to be there for the problems and they slip away, and I am throwing the shoulder in the trash

Hello, the shoulder that arrived is dry, hard, and salty, it was opened at an event and was not returned because it was bought just for that event, almost nothing was eaten from the shoulder. Best regards
