It's good but a little soft in one area, I think maybe it wasn't fully cured. It wasn't

Simply, SPECTACULAR,,,,,couldn't be better, that's about the store and about the product, very good at its point, I am a professional ham cutter and not a single complaint, I have bought several times and nothing to reproach, 10 out of 10

Scammers. I bought a reserve ham offered at 50% and they sent me a warehouse ham with less curing. I contacted them providing screenshots of the offer where it indicates and they replied that this is what they have.

I regret not being able to give a favorable opinion this time since I took very little advantage of the shoulder. Clean slices did not come out and on top of that the meat was tough. I did not complain hoping it would improve as I kept cutting. I make this clear because the staff is super friendly and I am sure they would have attended to my complaint if I had made it.
