I highly doubt that this shoulder has been cured for 22 months, it's pure meat, it would be good for making a steak. Disappointing.

Good service quite fast. I will buy again. Regarding the Joselito Paletilla, excellent, the Ahuyentalobos cheese is good but a bit dry, I prefer Flor de Esgueva. And the ham holder arrived without the gift knife..

Delighted with my first purchase, I bought a 8 kg ham. I ordered it sliced and vacuum-packed, good flavor for daily use, breakfast, tapas, for tortillas, for soups. A good price, the shipping and attention magnificent, very happy, I will repeat. Thank you.

This is the second time I place an order. Everything phenomenal. This second paletilla has a better flavor than the first. The cheese is delicious. The fuet and sobrasada are good.

Raw ham, hard to chew, we eat ham all year round and the first one was very good, but this one is terrible, the woman tells us that we need a personalized ham for us. In short, they lose a customer
