Customers highlight strong product variety and value, including favorable quality across items like jamón and lomo, competitive prices, and ongoing satisfaction from long-time customers. Service stands out for responsiveness and care, with many praising helpful recommendations, smooth ordering processes, and confident repeat purchases. Positive experiences also emphasize favorable tasting attributes such as sabor, color, textura, and aroma, reinforcing trust in the brand and its offerings.
everything very well, fast and perfect. There is a "but"; luckily I usually check the transit of my package and the surprise was that instead of coming to my home, they took the package directly to a depot near my house !!!!! Luckily I checked or I would still be waiting for it. Happy Holidays

The ham is very rich in flavor. It has been a good purchase as always. Problems with the Nacex delivery service. They call you to register that they are calling, but then they bring the order when they want or when it suits them, it has happened to me more times and the shipment was opened.

They sent me a very dry and salty ham, it looked like a very expensive serrano ham, I do not recommend this store for shopping. I have very bad references of this store.

I don't know if it was a coincidence, but this is the second time in a row that the requested weight does not match reality. Both times it was less than what was paid. I will give one last chance on the next order.

I bought a 5j shoulder weighing 5.5-6kg, it barely weighed 5.4 kg. I wanted it bigger.

We started the ham today, and it has a lot of fat, it has more fat than ham. Other years the ham has been very good, but this has been a disappointment.

Great. I asked them to deliver on a date and call before delivering and they fulfilled it. We haven't tried the product yet, but the one from last year was very good, and we have trusted them again. I recommend them.
