The ham was delicious, very good, to repeat. The only thing is that we took it sliced, and there must have been a bag of bones left there, because a lot was missing. The attention from the company was excellent. The shipping was terrible. They had the ham in the warehouse for three days without communicating with us.

The ham was full of mold, and I had to trim a lot from the cut. It was 3 months away from the maximum consumption date.

I received a first ham full of worms; the truth is that they were quick to replace it with another without worms. Bad luck now that it's already started and a bit raw near the bone. That's the manufacturer's issue.

Fast shipping, but the ham is excessively hard; I suppose that with a few months less hanging, it would have been good; now, almost no flavor is noticeable.
