I am glad that they are conducting this evaluation survey. Very dissatisfied with the product received. The shoulder is dry and hard. It was not at all the quality indicated on their website. Regards.

Fast as always, I spoke by phone with the store since I couldn't select an offer (free machine cut, it added the 20) and very kindly they waited for me to place the order to modify that option.

Good afternoon, I made a complaint and I am still waiting for their solution, besides I think that as a customer I should not have received a response with distrust, I have been buying for two years and I think that as a good customer I should also have fair attention. Regards, Javier

I bought 30 packages. They expire in a month and a little. Also, so far I have had to throw away 2 that must have been poorly packaged and were in bad condition. I don't know if there will be more.
