Quite good. For me the only flaw is that they cut it too thin and very small slices.

They are hams with curing defects that are then appreciated in consumption and taste. They lack the sufficient quality to be marketed.

The fat (bacon) very yellowish and a slight rancid aftertaste. On the previous occasion, the ham was magnificent, this time a disappointment.

Hello, once I tasted the ham, I found it very dry and salty, honestly it disappointed me. I hope that over time they achieve a quality worthy of what they offer.

I asked if there was a possibility to cut the cheeses into wedges and vacuum pack them, and they did not pay attention.

The product is good, but the packaging was bad, four pieces came without vacuum and now it won't be preserved.

the quality to price ratio that I paid is very good, it is a feed ham and it is quite better than some free-range ones even acorn-fed that I have bought recently, I would also like to highlight that in the offer it says 20 packets, well they came 22 just in case the weight was not right, in short quite happy with the purchase.

The star is for the cheese. The ham is 3 times saltier than normal, and it is almost impossible to cut because it is so hard. A fraud. In my opinion, they sell you half a cheese for 50 euros, since those hams are selection waste.

Excellent. Unbeatable price (almost 50% less than it would normally cost). The cheese, great and the shoulder, exceptional.
