The author ham Benito, as well as the cheese poker, arrived on time and we liked it a lot. The machine-cut ham and vacuum packaging is great for consumption and preservation. The vacuum packaging of the cheese is also great for preservation. I recommend it and I think the quality-price ratio is very good. I have made several purchases at Jamón and shoulder and so far, no complaints. We will continue buying. Thank you

The shoulder I bought was super hard and since I didn't know how to return it, I took it and threw it away, the cheese was very good and the sausage the same

The shoulder is very salty and doesn't seem Iberian. Since I have bought it more times and this time it has nothing to do with the cut either.

Disaster. I paid for field-fed ham and they gave me cheap feed. Now I don't have the ham I wanted nor the extra money I paid. I waited 15 days, so I don't think I have to return it from Croatia and go through all that again for a month.

Good morning....the ham I bought a few days ago is....too......excessively salty. At first, it seemed like the salt shaker had fallen on it. Afterwards, although still too salty, it has moderated.
