The ham (shoulder) is the most horrendous I have had the unfortunate moment of ordering. Honestly, I didn't even want to comment, I simply will NOT buy again, period.. but since you sent me the message to give my opinion, I will. I bought on 8/4 3 Black Label Benito shoulders and they turned out to be a real mess!!! One of them is going straight to the trash, it is INEDIBLE. Unbeatable price on first brand products (in my case, I already have several 5J hams). The only 'but' might be the delivery time, which in the case of sliced products, takes a few more days than usual, although certainly, the company warns about it in advance. In summary.. everything fantastic, and I really appreciate that they provide a label, with number and weight of the cut piece, I have had experiences with other stores, where I regret to say, I always thought I was sent pieces of a lower weight than purchased.

On 9/4 I called to ask and they told me it was a mistake and that they would send me the bones without any problem, not receiving anything on 15/04 I sent them a message and they have not responded.
