Customer service is nonexistent. The carrier delivered the order to the wrong address and we had to manage the problem ourselves. On top of that, what they sold us as an 'offer' was a dry ham that they wouldn't sell in person. It's a hassle to try to contact again. Be wary. Never again. I recommend contacting by phone before buying to test the 'Customer Service' you will find if there are problems.

The ham did not turn out well and I had doubts about how the process would go (due to comments I had read), but despite the difficulty in contacting them by phone, the process by email was very smooth and they changed the ham very quickly. Very happy, I will definitely repeat.
