First thing: they forgot my order, I had to call. The cebo ham on sale does NOT have great quality, it is a small ham for making sandwiches for workers. It has very little Iberico in it. The prices are good, the quality less so.

The merchandise arrived in good condition, the delivery was delayed, the GLS company took time to deliver it and it was impossible to communicate with them, one day, they send me a message and a phone number, I call and they tell me they have my order, they treat me poorly, they say they don't have my address (how can they arrange a delivery with you without having a shipping address?), I give them details and signals of my address, and they tell me they will send it the next day, I ask the time, since I have been unable to go out for several days, they answer reluctantly that it is from 9 to 19, I ask if they can approximate the time, they answer from 9 to 19, it arrived the next day at 19:00. The problem is not with you, it is with GLS, it is impossible to communicate with them, I wanted to go pick up the order myself, but they didn't give me the address. Last summer, an order from Italy of cheeses and pan dulce took 35 days, the cheeses arrived rotten, everything went to waste, the delivery person tells me not to insist that they have no order, I replied then what is coming?, he stays thinking and tells me, it must be an order I have in the truck for a month, everything went to waste, when I order ham and shoulder, it comes Nacex, then GLS comes, I don't want to receive anything from this company.
