I really think that for being a Shoulder it has too much fat. Which does not seem normal to me.
Translated reviews
Response from JamónyPaletilla
Dear Miguel, we appreciate your opinion about our Shoulder. We regret that it did not meet your expectations regarding its fat content. Precisely the amount of fat in this extraordinary product is what makes it exceptional. The high content of oleic acid is found in the fat, being very healthy and beneficial for health. Best regards! The Jamón y Paletilla team.

Hello, I am an individual who has been placing orders with you for some time now. I know that I am a customer who does not generate a large billing for you, but I am loyal because the quality you provide and the service for me is excellent. The only thing I don't like and wanted to mention is that always, and I mean ALWAYS!!, when you order, for example, a whole piece of 6 to 6,500kg, the piece arrives with 6,030kg and for me that is an ugly detail. It never arrives with 6,200kg or 6,300kg or 6,400kg. I believe you know what I am saying and what I am talking about. It would be good to improve on that. Other than that, I have already mentioned that it is excellent. Best regards.

Dear David,
We sincerely appreciate your loyalty and your valuable comments about our service. We take your observation regarding the weight of the pieces very seriously and will work to improve in this aspect. We are glad to know that the quality and service are to your liking. Best regards.
