Perfect response to the complaint as it came damaged and was salty, they changed the ham for me in two days. Second ham perfect and with spectacular flavor.

I opened the shoulder I ordered with a black layer and it was full of mold and fungus (I have photos), after cleaning one layer, indeed the quality of the shoulder is very good!

I am a regular customer and will continue to be because the Iberian hams from Finca de El Puerto are exquisite and the service when I had to ask any questions or requests has been unmatched, in short, good products and friendly and professional staff, I recommend to friends and family and of course, I will keep repeating.
