The hams arrived without vacuum packaging, without the label and wrapped in a paper of "jamonypaletilla" for being the 8 kg one. They did not include the knife and the ham holder and they expire in June 23. To top it off, it is full of green mold. I opened one and I don't know if I will be able to finish it or if I will have to throw it away because of the mold. Note that in other years I bought them directly from "Navidul" and they turned out perfect. My opinion is that either they are old or they have not been well preserved and unsealed. So it is not the fault of the ham 4 estaciones but the seller's fault. My rating is very negative, I will not buy more from "JamonyPaletilla."

Customer service has been EXCELLENT. The shoulder in very good condition of WEIGHT AND FLAVOR. The transport was a bit delayed compared to other deliveries possibly due to the saturation of these dates. VERY GOOD.
